Clarins Sun Protection
An unplanned holiday awaits me in the next few days, so I asked Caroline Hirons and Ruth Crilly what Sun Protection they would recommend.  I decided to go with the Clarins recommendation and bought the Clarins Sun Care Milk-Lotion Spray Moderate Protection UVB/UVA 20 for £19.  I was advised by the consultant that a lot of people opt for a lower sun protection factor with their range as it is so good.
I had the choice between the milk-lotion and the cream, but opted for the Milk-Lotion due to the spray, as I find these much easier to apply.  The consistency is a lot lighter and it does not leave a sticky residue like a lot of sun protection does.
I also bought the Sun Wrinkle Control Cream for Face High Protection UVB/UVA 30, which was again £19.  Obviously I don’t have an issue with wrinkles right now, however I am very aware that this will be an issue for me one day, and want to do whatever I can to minimise that and delay it.  I decided to go for a higher factor and a separate face protection for this reason.
The lovely consultant also gave me several sample sized skincare products, which means I don’t need to now take heavy tubes/pots etc. with me.  I haven’t used Clarins skincare range for a few years, but I would use it every day in my late teens.
I will let you know how I get on with these products when I return from my holiday.
Keep an eye out for a couple of guest posts whilst I’m away.
