Have you found anything difficult this week?
This week has been terrible for me in terms of evening meals and getting to the gym. On Monday/Tuesday I felt exhausted and due to the effects of Slendertoxtea (which I blogged about here), I didn’t make it to the gym. Thankfully my pictures don’t look as bad as I thought they might, but still not as good as last week.
Workouts
On Sunday I was in the zone and made it to the gym, I had to pop to the loo part way through due to the Slendertoxtea, which wasn’t ideal. I focussed on cardio and my legs. I was really looking forward to my Zumba class on Tuesday night, but I couldn’t face it, having had an upset stomach and a headache. On Thursday I forced myself to get to the gym, I didn’t have long as Andrew was coming to pick me up, so I did half an hour on the cross trainer and some stretching. That was my last session to the gym this week, so I managed 2 times, out of my goal of 4. Not great.
Food
My days have been brilliant; I’ve had my diet protein shake for breakfast, then my homemade lentil soup for lunch every day. I treated myself to some crisps on Friday lunch. My evening meals have been pretty rubbish;
Weigh In
I weighed myself as soon as I woke up Saturday morning and my weigh was 8 stone 12.5, I’m actually surprised it wasn’t a bigger gain, as I haven’t worked out as much.
