No Longer a Graduate!

Hello Ladies,

This post is neither beauty nor fashion related, but rather me sharing some good news I’ve had.

After completing my masters degree I started working as a business and commercial graduate on a two year training programme. I have just completed my first year, and I love where I work so I have been looking for a permanent position.

On Friday morning I had an interview for a permanent job as Programme Management Analyst. Basically working with project managers and using P6 (Primavera). I’ve just started a secondment in the department and love it so far, I had initially thought I’d like to work as a project manager but I am starting to think I prefer being able to work with an entire portfolio of projects.

So my interview was meant to last 45 minutes and I was out in about 25. It went so fast and I really wanted the position. About half an hour later I was asked back in to see the interview panel and they gave me the good news that I had been successful!!

I couldn’t believe it, I finally have a permanent position working for an organisation I love. I’m so happy.

I got some lovely flowers off the other half wishing me good luck, and they are my favourite! I didn’t think I’d find out so soon but it has meant I’ve had a lovely weekend and treated myself to a Reiss coat yesterday which I shall blog about this week.
