Therapeutic Cooking

Hello Ladies,

I’ve been really stressed out for a while, I’m not sure why but I just feel wound up. Perhaps it’s hormones.

Anyway I was feeling stressed today and I asked mum if she’d let me cook dinner. Mum doesn’t like my cooking after I’ve been at work- she thinks it’s her job bless her!

So we got the ‘Two Greedy Italians’ cookbook a little while ago but we hadn’t tried any of the recipes. I wanted to cook the red mullet with tomato sauce but our local asda doesn’t stock mullet, so I made it with Seabass instead. I served it with some rustic bread and lemon.

I find cooking really therapeutic. I’m not sure if it’s because I don’t have another creative output, other than makeup, but I find it a great way to chill out.

Do any of you enjoy cooking?
