This post is for the other makeup addicts out there. I’ve been seeing a lot of posts including Charlotte Tilbury products of late, and I had to get my hands on them. Now this is a pretty big haul, I haven’t just bought one piece, I’ve bought an entire look, minus the foundation. The look I’ve bought is the Charlotte Tilbury iconic Dolce Vita, which I posted about last week here.
The rose gold packaging is divine, these products are not cheap, and I class these as luxury, I bought it all with my own money and as I work hard, I think I deserve to treat myself every now and again!
So what did I get?
- Filmstar Bronze & Glow – Face Sculpt & Highlight
- Cheek to Chic – Swish & Pop Blusher in Ecstasy
- Full Fat Lashes in Glossy Black
- Lip Cheat in Pillow Talk
- Lip Lustre in Seduction
- K.I.S.S.I.N.G (Lipstick) in Nude Kate
- The Feline Flick
- Luxury Palette in The Dolce Vita
Charlotte promotes the fact that her products include skin care elements, and are simply not just makeup and I was also given a sample pot of Charlotte’s Magic Cream, so called from the formula she used to create and use backstage at shows, which the models coined ‘Charlotte’s Magic Cream’.
Charlotte Tilbury is all about the ‘sexy’ look you can achieve with makeup, and making the most of assets. She openly states that she believes all women can look gorgeous with the right makeup and to be honest, this is something I wholeheartedly agree. Now before the feminists jump on me, if you want to improve what you were born with, why the hell not? I do, and I know I look a hell of a lot better with makeup.
I will be keeping this collection for special occasions, and definitely won’t be using everyday. I will follow up with some posts reviewing each of the products!
Do any of you have any of the collection?
